ANDY REID is a filmmaker and actor based in Toronto. Often combining the mundane and the absurd, his work takes interest in the ways life reveals itself to be ridiculous. His most recent short, Testing, screened at festivals across the globe, including Atlantic International Film Festival, Queer Screen Sydney, and Inside Out Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award at the festival’s Ottawa iteration.
He holds a BFA in Film Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Image Arts. Currently, Andy is a resident of the CFC’s Directors’ Lab.
